Complete 4 rounds of the following HIIT circuit. Use this bodyweight workout to strengthen your legs, arms, and core. Burn body fat by keeping your heart rate elevated! 🔥

1️⃣ JUMPING LUNGES 💥 :30 seconds

2️⃣ REVERSE LUNGE TO KNEE UP (RIGHT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

3️⃣ REVERSE LUNGE TO KNEE UP (LEFT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

4️⃣ DOWN DOG TO COBRA POSE 💥 :30 seconds

5️⃣ ABS BICYCLE KICKS 💥 :30 seconds

:10 second rest between exercises :30 second rest between sets
