Complete 4 rounds of the following HIIT circuit. Use this bodyweight workout to strengthen your legs, arms, and core. Burn body fat by keeping your heart rate elevated! 🔥

1️⃣ JUMPING JACKS 💥 :30 seconds

2️⃣ DONKEY KICK (RIGHT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

3️⃣ DONKEY KICK (LEFT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

4️⃣ PUSH-UP TO ALT SHOULDER TAP 💥 :30 seconds

5️⃣ SLOW MTN CLIMBER KNEE TO CHEST/KNEE TO LEFT ELBOW/ KNEE TO RIGHT ELBOW (RIGHT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

6️⃣ SLOW MTN CLIMBER KNEE TO CHEST/KNEE TO RIGHT ELBOW/ KNEE TO LEFT ELBOW (LEFT LEG) 💥 :30 seconds

:10 second rest between exercises :30 second rest between sets
