Complete 3 rounds of the following HIIT circuit. Use this bodyweight workout to strengthen your legs, arms, and core. Burn body fat by keeping your heart rate elevated! 🔥

1️⃣ JUMP SQUATS 💥 :30 seconds

2️⃣ SUPERMAN TO PUSHUP 💥 :30 seconds

3️⃣ LUNGE TO TWIST 💥 :30 seconds

4️⃣ SLOW SCISSOR LEG LIFTS 💥 :30 seconds

:10 second rest between sets
